Megan joins Sweeney & Michel, LLC as their Operations Manager, overseeing business operations and firm-wide compliance. She brings a wealth of experience from a career in healthcare administration and philanthropy sectors, and plans to apply that background to ensure Sweeney & Michel’s internal systems remain efficient, secure and fully aligned with industry regulations. Megan is committed to maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and enhancing client service by always putting the best interest of the client at the forefront of our work.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico, and later went to earn her Master of Business Administration from the University of Mount Olive in 2022.
Outside of the office, Megan loves to spend as much time outside in the sunshine with her family.
