Be sure to bring the following items with you for our first meeting. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • A list of all of your questions and concerns you’d like us to address.

  • Full statements (all pages) for any of your investment, retirement or pension accounts.

  • Life insurance policies or an annual statement.

  • Estate planning documents (i.e. Trust, Will, Power of Attorney). Often you will receive a folder or binder from your estate attorney that includes all of the documents we will need.

  • Most recent social security statements. If you have not received a statement in the last 5 years, please log on to ssa.gov and download a recent copy.

  • Last two pay-stubs for all parties or a copy of your prior year 1099.

  • A recent mortgage statement for all properties.

  • Anything else you think might be relevant for us to help answer your questions.
