A list of all of your questions and concerns you’d like us to address.
Full statements (all pages) for any of your investment, retirement or pension accounts.
Life insurance policies or an annual statement.
Estate planning documents (i.e. Trust, Will, Power of Attorney). Often you will receive a folder or binder from your estate attorney that includes all of the documents we will need.
Most recent social security statements. If you have not received a statement in the last 5 years, please log on to ssa.gov and download a recent copy.
Last two pay-stubs for all parties or a copy of your prior year 1099.
A recent mortgage statement for all properties.
Anything else you think might be relevant for us to help answer your questions.
